Laser cutting – how do we do it?

Laser cutting is a widely used technique within sheet-metal working. Using a tightly bundled light source, a melting point is created on the sheet material. We apply this method to cut contours from a flat plate, which can then be picked out of the plate. Laser cutting is specifically used for stainless steel, but also for aluminium and steel.

You can order your laser cutting work directly and easily online if your required plate part does not exceed a maximum of 3000 mm x 1500 mm, and as long as you want to use material we have in stock. Based on your DXF or STEP files, you will immediately receive a quotation. If the quotation is approved, we will start production immediately.

We have several LVD and Trumpf branded flatbed lasers that we control offline. All are equipped with automated sheet loading and unloading. The continuous supply from the magazine towers ensures a 24/7 unmanned cutting process.
