CNC bending – how do we do that?

Metal bending (also known as pressing) is a widely used technique in sheet-metal working. We use it to bend different metals. Specifically for stainless steel, but also for aluminium and steel. We use great force to punch a tool into a die and turn flat sheet metal into a 3D product. After laser cutting of the sheet material, we bend the part to size to create your desired semi-finished product.

You can order your bending work directly and easily online as long as the max. sheet size does not exceed 3000 mm x 1500 mm x 25 mm and you use material that we stock. Based on your 3D STEP files, you will immediately receive a quotation by email. If you accept the quotation, we immediately initiate production of your parts.

Our machinery – CNC press brakes

‘First time right'

We have four LVD Easy Form CNC press brakes with an advanced angle-measuring system. The press brakes are already programmed offline. Two of our press brakes are set up in parallel. This results in a combined press length of 7 metres and enables us to also do large bending work for you.

We believe in the power of smart stainless-steel sheet-metal solutions, and possess the necessary production processes and materials knowledge in-house. This provides a specialism in bending stainless-steel parts that is essential to making your end product successful. Because we also supply steel and aluminium bending work, we keep a stock of many materials.

Do you need a different material type or thickness? Or are your blank lengths larger than 1480 mm x 2880 mm? Even then we can bend your parts! We process various exotic materials to a maximum sheet size of 6m x 2m. We'd be delighted to assess your application individually!

Thanks to the advanced angle-measuring system of our machines, we measure the angle of the bend already during pressing and correct it immediately where necessary. Because the output is ‘right first time’, this results in a top-grade product.

We programme our brake presses offline. As soon as it's your product's turn, the programme is already ready on the screen of the press brake. Because the machine can be put to work immediately, this reduces handling times at the press brake, leading to shorter lead times.

Efficient use of materials!

During offline programming, we immediately check the product for producibility. If your product is not producible as drawn, we will discover this at an early stage. This prevents stagnation and extra material and cutting costs during the production process.
