Assembling parts – how do we do that?

We produce the parts for stainless-steel frames, assemblies and constructions in-house. The sheet-metal base is first established using highly automated laser-cutting and bending processes. We then process the sheet-metal parts in our welding and assembly hall into the desired end product. We will directly assemble mechanical, pneumatic or electrical components for you if you require. We do this according to your wishes and specifications. The entire creation process takes your work off your hands, allowing us to deliver the flexibility you may expect from a total partner.

Fully assembled systems and modules

The manufacturing process starts with laser cutting of the parts. Our laser-cutting machines are programmed offline and are equipped with automated controls for loading and unloading the sheets. The combination with the sheet magazine towers ensures 24/7 unmanned cutting.  We then press the parts to size, provide them with tapped or threaded holes and weld the mono-parts into a complete construction. In addition, we already fit and assemble a part of your unit, module or system.

Efficient workflow and short lead times

All processing is done by us in-house, which makes us flexible and efficient when it comes to producing custom sheet-metal parts. By combining different cutting orders, we already shorten lead times at an early stage. The resulting laser-cut parts form the basis for sheet-metal constructions and frames that we weld and assemble. Because of the efficient workflow and short lead times, we can then assemble the various parts.

Cost reduction

Engineering from sheet metal ensures that together we arrive at an end product that is easy to assemble. Connecting sheet-metal parts in a smart way reduces welding and therefore saves time during fitting and assembly. In addition, we reduce the use of materials and the processing time, while maintaining quality. In order to keep transport costs low, we use our own transport service and carry out surface treatments in-house.
