With fully assembled modules and systems, we are happy to become an integral part of your end product.

Assembly – how do we do it?

Assembly is a very effective and widely used technique within sheet-metal working. We use it to assemble different metals. Specifically for stainless steel, but also for aluminium. We assemble complete stainless-steel welded assemblies and immediately provide them with self-clinching nuts, blind nut rivets, bushings, nuts and threaded studs in the required position. In consultation we supply sub-assemblies, semi-finished products, ready-made, tested modules and systems.

We work together with various partners, outsourcing any work that we do not carry out ourselves. Because of this we also provide assemblies that incorporate turning and milling parts or a final finish that we do not carry out in-house. In this case, we remain your point of contact and guarantee production planning and quality.

We have a workshop with fitting and assembly facilities. This production hall is equipped with overhead cranes and lifting equipment to help us assemble the required parts. With a team that possess both specialist knowledge and a great deal of experience, we fit and assemble your parts into a complete configuration.

We believe in the power of smart stainless-steel sheet-metal solutions, and possess the necessary production processes and materials knowledge in-house. This provides you with a specialism in assembling stainless-steel parts that is essential to making your end product successful. We also process aluminium. To prevent contamination, steel is not processed beyond laser cutting and setting.
